Unfortunately because there is a strong tropical depression in Honduras, which is produciento landslides, missing and many deaths, especially in the area where they planned the Seminar on the Convention on Load Line and Tonnage Vessel, the President of Honduras has declared a national emergency. This situation forced the Director of the Merchant Marine of Honduras, has requested the COCATRAM postpone the course in question for another day. COCATRAM has proposed that it take place again in the first quarter of 2009. I very much regret what is happening in that country Central American and I wish our instructor a quiet return.
