been all day to find out what the hell twitter is that everyone is talking about. It seems that Americans have a magic wand that makes gold an idea that always struck me as stupid: quick messages with links and such ... but here is the stupidity (again) paid off and now twitter is the most used Internet ... and I found that as Quim Monzo use it ... anyway. As long ago I started with this (even I run a online newspaper) I made too many twitter but utterly, and more than anything I did not steal the name in the future, but seeing how things go I do not think anybody wants to impersonate me (especially so of outstanding debts in bars and gambling houses.)
There's a whole damn world on twitter and the media use it constantly. I only became interested when I saw Jorge Lorenzo promote your own ... so what is he won the young ladies Lorenzo with that? Simple: to be present in the lives of users with much greater regularity. Yes, it's nice to have a personal page that anyone can visit from time to time but ... a twitter account you can give your followers pain in the ass all you want! In addition, they appreciate it because it's like to eat with your favorite star. So if Lady Gaga (I usually pronounce Gagá, am I the only one chick that seems quite unattractive?) And Michael Jordan and I suppose that even the Pope have twitter accounts pretty milk to inform their followers.
Anyway, hopefully one day have hundreds of followers and fans, but until that happens I'll settle for someone to write me occasionally. I think I'll start to respond to public emails better, so I pass tickets ... (This has nothing to do with twitter: the most surreal thing I have asked so far is help a school to a work of literature ... in order , so collect three bottles of whiskey at least).
