Very easy observed in La Serena, the abundance of juveniles who spend whole days sitting on power poles of a large area of \u200b\u200bgrassland (in a power line of 25 kms I have come to count 15 toed perched on the same day), it is nevertheless difficult to locate a nest, and the photos presented here (like many others) owe to the good friends.
are some birds that I have always felt a special admiration physical appearance (large head, huge eyes and appearance of power) reminds me of the image of the Owls. Moreover its expertise in catching snakes and how to transport them inside your stomach is truly impressive and admirable.
