Make 8 servings
-1 package of crackers Mary
tablespoon margarine -1 -1
natural soy yogurt
-2 cups vegetable milk (I used soy)
-2 tablespoons corn flour -3 tablespoons
brown sugar 1 tbsp agar agar powder-100gr
-16 raspberries raspberries for garnish (optional, each decorate as you like)
Preparation:
Crush crackers well. Melt margarine (I did it in the microwave) and mix with crushed cookies until a dough. We at the base of the mold well spread.
In a saucepan, heating the milk going. When you start to be hot (not boiling), add the flour, yogurt, sugar and raspberries. Mix well. Allow about 5 minutes and remove from heat. A blender to make it a homogenous liquid, and put back into the fire. Now add a tablespoon of agar agar and mix well. When bubbly, leave a minute and remove. Add the mixture into the pan on cookie dough. Let cool and then get into the fridge.
In about 3 or 4 hours should be curdled. I garnish with a raspberry, but everyone can do as you like.
