Westcoast Chopper Shops

Makes 8 servings





-1 On yeast

-5 tablespoons of carob powder
milk -1 cup of vegetable
-half cup of sunflower oil
-1 cup brown sugar -1
handful of nuts (optional)

Preparation:
In a bowl, threw all the ingredients except the nuts (Hazelnuts are for garnish on top, so they are optional and can replace what you like, or omit .) Mix all ingredients (to make it faster you can use a blender) and cast into the mold chosen.
This is the time to take the nuts if you want to decorate. Leave in oven 30 minutes at 200 º C, and after the time we get and let cool. And that's the carob cake!
