How Does It Feel To Be Muscular

Carob Beans with Savory Amaranth Caritas


For 3 People




Ingredients:


-2 cups red bean put to soak overnight
-1 cup amaranth
-Media
large onion -2 cloves garlic, leek
-1 -2 carrots, white wine

-Sal Pimienta
Preparation:
beans are put to boil with a pinch of salt. After 20 minutes add the cup of amaranth and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off and reserve.

Chop the onion, garlic, and set off the sheets carrots and leeks. We started a pan with olive oil and season to taste. We give back a couple of minutes, and take a splash of white wine. We left about 10 minutes or 15 frying, and off.

We took in the pot of refried beans on the pan, and cook all together 5 minutes.
Apaamos and go!
