Ultrasonic Mouse Repellent Bad For Health

Textured Soy

For two or three people




Ingredients:

-2 cups of beans put to soak overnight
-Sal-Wakame Seaweed Onion
-Media
-3 garlic cloves
-1 -1 leek tomato
-1 cup TVP (But the chubby, not fine)-Water
-1 tablespoon oregano
-3 tablespoons soy sauce.


Preparation:

Boil lentils in a pot with 5 cups water, 1 teaspoon salt and a handful of wakame seaweed. The half-hour leave the fire, turn off and reserves.

in a pan with olive oil, threw the onion and garlic. Stir about 2 minutes, and add the leeks, cut into slices. We left everything 5 minutes, and finally threw tomatoes. Add a little salt to taste, and we take the mixture to the pot of lentils. Stir well and put the lentils on low heat.

We took the cup TVP, and 3 glasses of water. 1 tablespoon oregano 3 tablespoons soy sauce. Stir well for 10 minutes, and you're done!
