seems that I'm addicted to pumpkin ... And to deny it! so. My family has grown really big pumpkins and I keep receiving them as gifts. Are welcome and will always be in my kitchen recipes to treat them well :-)
For 2 People
-1 large piece of pumpkin (A to be the fine, where are no pipes)
-1 -1 green pepper, onion -3 cloves garlic -1
splash of white wine, Tabasco Over time, drain and set aside.
in a pan with olive oil, finely chopped onion cast and garlic in foil. Fry 5 minutes, add in finely chopped green pepper. We left another 5 minutes.
Add the pumpkin plates and a splash of white wine. Also a few drops of Tabasco, and let them do 10 minutes (stirring occasionally to make it good). Over time we take a teaspoon oregano, another 5 minutes to fire, and turned out. Let rest and you're ready to eat.
