healthy thing to counter all calorie recipes that I'm doing lately
For 1 Person
mandarins
-3 -1 cup oatmeal
-2 glasses of water
-3 tablespoons agave syrup (or another type of sweetener)
Preparation:
In a small saucepan, gets the water, oats and three mandarins (Under some wedges or slices if you decide to decorate ).
20 minutes is left after the fire and off. Let stand 10 minutes.
When serving, mix with 3 tablespoons of agave syrup, or any other type of sweetener (maple syrup, brown sugar ornaments ,...)
if you want and to eat! XD
